Before you book a call
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 30 minute consultation is free and there is nothing to pay at any point during it. We do the prep work beforehand at our own cost because it makes the call more useful for both of us.
What happens after the call?
If you ask for a quote we send one within two working days. If you do not, we leave you alone. We do not add you to a mailing list or chase you.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. Bring your website address and an idea of which customers you want more of. If you already have Google Search Console or Google Analytics set up, access helps, but it is not needed.
I already work with an agency. Is it still worth a call?
Often yes. A second opinion on what you are being charged for is useful, and plenty of people book a call simply to check their current work is on the right track. We will tell you if it is.
